Billing & Refunds

Access to the product is billed through monthly plans. Given the nature of our product, we do not provide any refunds, whether partial or full.

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription whenever you wish. Upon cancellation, we will cease any further charges. We reserve the right to modify our pricing, policies, features, and access limitations at any time.

We may use your email address to communicate with you regarding your account, product updates, and promotional activities. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable Use

EigenVox may not be used to produce content for sites that offer adult content or are otherwise affiliated with illegal activity in their regions of operation.

We maintain the right to modify or update these terms at any time. By continuing to use the platform, you consent to the current terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service - your corpus text, extracted persona, and generated outputs are stored to power your experience and are never shared with third parties.
